(January 12, 2019, 8:46 pm)Great food and a very cool atmosphere. Food is a bit pricey but there are sandwiches and salads that are more reasonably priced. Good food presentation without the small sizes. I ate all my food but didn't leave hungry.
(January 10, 2019, 12:12 pm)Food was amazing! Staff was very classy and friendly. Love what they did with an old power station to make it a classy establishment while preserving the history of the building. French onion soup was one of the best I have ever had. Highly recommended!
(January 8, 2019, 5:10 pm)Cool place to eat especially during the winter holidays. The atmosphere here is really cool. The history alone is cool to experience. Food is good as well and not to expensive. The have a pastry chef in house from what I was told so definitely save room for dessert it was great..
(January 4, 2019, 10:44 am)Beautiful place. They did a great job in using the industrial parts for the interior design. The menu is reasonable from a light inexpensive dinner to a steak or lobster dinner. The wife had a seasonal butternut squash salad with goat cheese and I had a delicious pork sandwich. She had wine and I had a beer. Under $50.00, tip included.
(December 26, 2018, 1:58 pm)I don't get to stop here too often, but when I pass along rt. 80 in this part of PA, I make it a priority to do so. Over the past 4 years- the food is always excellent, staff is friendly, atmosphere is creative (seasonal changes) and comfortable. Price/meal range varies greatly for $10 sandwiches to $$$ surf, turf, and wine. Truly a gem in an otherwise odd location right off rt. 80. Please try it.

Disappointing and Ultimately....Disgusting Food. After reading reviews for most of the restaurants in the White Haven area while I was here on business, I decided to try The Powerhouse Eatery. As I drove down I-80, I saw a highway sign for the Powerhouse as the food stop at the upcoming exit.
