Was so surprised what was and was not covered.... more surprised at what WAS covered. Very nice Customer Service. It's a shame more shops wont deal with them because of the reputation of OTHER warranty companies. This one is great!
It was flawless. I had only had the vehicle 10 days and had a claim.... unfortunately. DAY ONE MILE ONE rang true in every sense. I do think though the "average rate of labor" is low in your favor. $106 is what I was told by the rep. It is $140/ hour at most reputable dealers near me. I was told I would be responsible for the extra if I have another claim. I also wish in the warranty it would cover shop supplies where they customer only has to pay the deductible. Just my 2 cents. Again, I was pleased with the process and thank GWC for standing behind the contract...I mean is was $4k for the contract so I expect the same process and ease if and when another claim is filed. You have a customer for life if it all happens the same. Thank you again!!!.
I gave five stars because GWC have been able to solve an issue with A&J Transmission. There was a conflict and both A&J and GWC were very understanding and eventually solved the issue and the part was replaced without delay. The customer service were very responsive and the manager involved was able to address and solve the issue quickly. Appreciate your good work.
GWC warranty is the best.. I had some issues with my A C here in south Florida, and spoke with them as did the service manager, and they had no problem honoring the contract I purchased from the dealer I purchased the vehicle from.. I am happy happy happy keep up the great work GWC.
I purchased this warranty service when I bought my car and I was a bit apprehensive as I didn't know what to expect.
