“OMG I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS!!! I was trying to get Paw Patrol slippers for my grandson. I could only find them online and it would have cost 8 or 9 dollars to have them shipped to me. I called 3 different stores to see if they had them and if they could ship them to my local store. The sales clerks that I spoke with were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. One of them even went through the trouble of looking in their computer to see what store would have them. Even though I was able to find a store that had them there was no way to have them shipped here. I decided to call their online customer service. I told them I didn't think it was right that I'd have to pay more to have them shipped than they costed. The lady I spoke with waived the shipping fee so in less than a week my grandson had his new Paw Patrol slippers and all was right in the world again.”

“More than enough employees visible as we walked in, greeted by more than one. A mom alone with 3 kids usually warrants a panic in places, but they were not too afraid to offer help not once but 2 or 3 times. I know they are required to offer help to everyone, which I almost always deny, but the young man who had asked stayed close but not hovering close. Perfect for me. :) 2 pairs of shoes for 50 dollars for the kids works for me and they were both happy. In and out in less than a half hour! A+++!!”

“Love Old Navy! They have a huge selection of clothing and it changes with the seasons. There is always a sale of some sort on clothing, shoes, and other items. The clearance rack also has some nice items from time to time marked down. Good quality clothing and I can pair lots of the items I buy with many outfits which is great. Location is great and conveniently located near other stores for shopping. Usually very neat displays and organized clothing. Sizing - they have a variety of sizes for each garment usually and if you can't find your size they can order it and ship to your home or to the store for pickup which I was offered a few times. I gave 4 stars due to the checkout process. There is always a long line no matter how many employees are checking out customers. It's a good thing for sure, but you do have to be patient and wait. I don't know if a self checkout option would help speed it up.”
