Pepper Palace

Very kind staff, went in and tried the “Mr. Pain” thinking I was tough stuff for handling it fairly well. Then they informed my inflated ego that there was one more than 2x worse and that required a waver. Well I couldn’t just let them think I was weak, so I tried it. And I don’t regret it. Very painful, very hot, and very fun! 10/10 would embrace the FlatLine pain again!

Super large selection and variety!

We met the kindest woman on our trip to the Pepper Palace (Lumberjack) store in Pigeon Forge, TN. Miss Sharon immediately greeted us and made us feel like we were walking into her home! She offered us suggestions and even a recipe using two different products to make a cocktail sauce. (Which was PHENOMENAL) This woman has an absolute heart of gold and we miss her already! She is what Tennessee is all about! Next time we are in town, Pepper Palace(Lumberjack) will be our first stop!!!!

My wife bought a lot of good stuff for my Christmas gifts. Beef jerky various hot sauces and all delicious. I have to say the flatliner sauce 👏. Bravo gents ..its has a punch and flavor. The only sauce that makes me tear up and my nose run. Gents if your an aficionado of very hot. The flatliner is it. Will def visit the pepper palace once I get done cooling down.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and funny! They were helpful. The prices of some of the products were higher than usual, but not bad, nothing out of line with a specialty shop. Besides, you don't go there to buy low grade salsa or sauces.
