“You wake up. It's 2 below 0 degrees. You live in the Poconos. You are screwed! You then remember seeing a shop up the road. You call, you get Michael on the phone and he says, they are booked but he will as what he can do. You get a call back and Michael says, a flat bed will be there in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later not only does a flat bed arrive but it is the owner of the shop. I can not put a price tag on the professionalism of this shop. The work that had to be done would have broke the bank at any other shop. I had no worries the entire time they had my car was in their hands. You guys rock. You just gained a life long customer. Hand ????. 5 Huge Stars.”

“What I love about this place is that it is throw back to the time when you didn't have the big box stores and everything was done in a smaller more personal setting. You went to the local hardware store and the staff would recognize you say good morning and how can I help you , ask about your day, share a joke or two and get the stuff you needed and be on your way, and this would happen each and every time you needed something. Yes honey I'll run to the hardware store, as long as it's Steele's. I hope this never changes...just a quick bonus they have a really cool gift shop upstairs full of holiday decorations, great woman's handbags, lotions creams and more. Something for everyone. ????”
