The staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly, and has always steered me towards the best products, not necessarily the newest or most expensive. Most recently my girlfriend and I went here to switch her service over from Sprint to Verizon and get her a new phone. Jen is not only very friendly and welcoming to all of the wonderful diversity of people who walk through her doors, but it is evident that she has a genuine caring for everyone.
