“A beautiful, fun and relaxing location that is close enough to civilization you don't feel like you fell off the earth... We lounged around the lake one day and made full use of the kayaks. We enjoyed the fire pit one evening and enjoyed some wine we bought at a local vineyard (Mountain View was our favorite... about 35 minutes away by car and the tastings were well thought out.) We cooked together as a group one evening (plenty of pots, pans, real plates, silverware, glassware, etc.), foraged for ourselves another night, went to a nice Pocono Mountain wedding one night and then ate at the local Thai place another night. This place was really perfect for our group but would also be a great escape for couples and/or a family. There are plenty of things to do or not do. (We did not choose to use any of the gaming devices or TV but there appeared to be quite a selection.) Definitely a place we will return to in the future. :D”

“This trail runs up the western shore of Brady's Lake and leads close to Beaver Pond. Close, but bushwhacking to the pond itself I've never been able to do. Nothing too challenging, just a pretty walk through woods and fields. Some of the views of Brady's Lake early on are very pretty.”

“Great place to go to get your grocery shopping done, especially when you have lots of items on your list to get you'll save lots of money! People are very nice there too. It's small, but dont let it fool you it will mostly have everything you need! You need to have some sort of military ID to get on the base.”

“This is not a post exchange. It is an AAFES Express. There is a gas station. Inside the store, there is a robust class six/alcohol section. They also have some uniform items, tobacco products, souvenir items, and a small selection of televisions. At a very good price I am told. The employees are always friendly. There is a barber shop in the building. The barber, Donna, does a great job and is very nice.”
