“Absolutely the best car buying experience I have had to date. The whole process was simple and straight forward. Steven was very attentive to any questions or concerns I had. Katrina handled all the paperwork and made sure that my state DMV had what they needed for the license plates to be issued without any trouble. Megan picked me up from the airport and was super friendly. Pete made sure I was happy with the way the van turned out and showed me how to operate the lift (coming from a ramp mini van) and made sure I had good directions to get home. Overall everyone at TCI Mobility was extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with. The fit and finish of the modifications looks like it came from the Ford plant so I would say these folks know what they are doing. Pete was telling me they have been doing it for something like 30 years and you can tell when you look at it that they work well together. My family absolutely loves our new "Mega Van". “If you're high maintenance, this is not the place for you. If your needs are simple, and you're looking for a roomy cottage in the mountains for an unplugged getaway, it's a good destination. There's plenty to see and do in the area which makes up for the lack of "resort stuff" at this place. Our family and extended family visitors enjoyed it.”
