I love this place for clothing. Lots of great deals on quality clothes.

I went to the j.c.penney in the mall. I thought that the service would be better because of so many other similar stores are out of business. That was not the case. I had to seek out people to answer questions. They did have a good sale though.

This is a great jcpenny location. My only pet peeve is that some of the dressing rooms were closed. They have a wide range of ties, suits and business wear which is great, the prices were great as well.

Well organized store. Alot of registers throughout the store. Great selection of items. The best sales ever!!

Prices are good. Sales are great. Clothes are great quality. Staff is always friendly and have a smile. If the sales person does not know an answer to your question they will find someone who knows. Dressing rooms are clean. Store is well stocked. Parking is okay. Can get haircut there. Staff is wonderful and cuts bangs for free.
