“Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I have been waiting for them to get my title from Harrisburg for two months now. Long story short, my finance company sent my title to Harrisburg which I advised them of from the start. This has been ongoing since September 17th. Basically Harrisburg gave me the wrong info and told me to get my license and insurance switched then I'd have to get my title and registration done. So now I'm driving around on a pa license and insurance with nj tags and title. Not northeast fault but they said the title and registration process would only take two weeks or less. They gave me a paper to show in case I get pulled over. Ok great no big deal. But now it's been almost 2 months and I still get zero responses from anyone regarding my situation and where my title is at. Everytime I call they say they will look into it and call back and never hear from them. Once again...last Friday I called. A lady who didn't normally work at that location had no idea what I was talking about. She then called me back ten minutes later and said she found a paper saying the request needed to go to Harrisburg since they have the title. She said Mary or something would call me back Monday. Never heard from anyone. Now it's Friday...so I call...no answer..left another voicemail....clearly upset. This is ridiculous and I wish I would have gone somewhere else. I understand the title mix up with my finance company sending it to Harrisburg. But if the process is to request it from Harrisburg why hasn't it gotten done yet??? This is horrible customer service and completely unacceptable. Then when the time comes they're going to wanna take my money no problem to give me my tags and title. Even if you don't know where my title is, call me and tell me you don't know! Don't ignore me, don't brush off the situation because it will not go away if you ignore it! I think I deserve a call back to let me know what in the world is going on. Literally have called maybe 6 times and each time either left a voicemail with no call back, spoke to someone who said they'd call back and received no call back, or spoke to someone who said they'd check in it and call back..with no call back..This review MAY change if the situation gets handled properly. But right now you are reading a review of an extremely dissatisfied customer who has received the worst customer service imaginable. UPDATE: STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THEM AFTER I LEFT ANOTHER VOICEMAIL YESTERDAY! HOPING TO HEAR BACK FROM SOMEONE COME MONDAY!! UPDATE: So after a looooonnngggggg process the situation was finally handled. Once a complaint was made it was addressed and handled within two weeks. I was finally able to get my car titled and registered in PA. Mary was apologetic and accommodating to make sure it was taken care of. My rating has been changed.”
