“Here is a little trail that is not only sensational but a hidden gem. Never having been to this trail before, and passing it hundreds of times on the drive through Swiftwater area, I was delighted to find that it includes field, forest, and stream; ambling back through the woods, along the water, and to the field again. Great little spot, don’t keep driving past it, stop and take a hike. I even saw a deer about 25 feet from me on my first and maiden voyage in this woods.”

“A beautiful campground. The lake is gorgeous and huge with a walking path, benches and piers. There is a swimming area, playgrounds, racquetball courts and more. The campsites are spacious and mostly wooded. We have a 32 foot camper and had. O problem parking it. I will definitely be back.”

“Beautiful spot for a hike along Tobyhanna Creek. The main trail takes you along the creek all the to the back of the property and is a moderate hike. No major ascents of descents. Be careful near the falls as the rocks can be slick, be especially in colder weather. There are a few other trails you can use to create a number of different loops out of. The main (lower) parking lot has a nice pavilion with several picnic tables, Ajay just past the falls at the Falls Overlook there are a few picnic tables as well. #picnic #hiking #waterfalls”

“Been here twice and loved it. There is a lot of things to do for the kids. The merit badge counselors are all nice. The sites are great. It is fun to hike around the camp to see all the different places. The food is really good. They have a good fruit bar for breakfast and a good salad bar for lunch and dinner. The trading post is small and it can get really crowded. Will be coming back with my troop.”
