“We wanted to write this review for RKA Construction for doing such a fine job on our kitchen remodel. We were so thankful that the time and effort were taken to meet with us on numerous occasions to discuss our plans and inform us properly on our best course of action. Moreover, we appreciated that the company would take on our job while other Stroudsburg area companies wanted nothing more than new construction opportunities. The positive and consultative approach gave us the comfort we needed to make our decision and move forward with our project and the company. Once our project started, we were pleased to find the staff accommodating and friendly. The foreman, Keith, was extremely helpful and did much to make our renovation go smoothly. The demolition went according to plan and we were happy that the staff removed all the residual refuse from our property in a timely fashion. Chris, Steve, and Carl did a fine job once the remodel continued and we were so happy that we could trust the staff in our home with our pets, even when we were not at home. That really meant a lot to us. Furthermore, whenever we had any issue, the staff had no hesitation in making the proper adjustments and gave us a satisfactory solution. In closing, we're thankful for a job well done. We are happy to recommend the firm to others. We know that remodeling always has some challenges, and we were gladdened by the fact that the company helped us through those challenges and showed how much they cared about us.”

This case is different as I was tremendously impressed with Mark and the customer service he provided. I was attempting to built my first PC build by myself and it ended up not going so well. I called Mark and asked him if he could help me and he was more than glad to. I brought my PC to his place and he asked me if I would like to learn and that he would teach me exactly how to do everything so I won't have to visit him again, but I had a family emergency and could not be there for the full built, but just watching him do his magic while I was there really impressed me. He makes you feel welcomed and like your family. I could tell right of the bat that this man cares about his customers and that he wants to provide the very best experience and customer service to them.
