He arrived promptly and was very transparent with pricing and procedure. Chris treated me with dignity and respect. He was empathetic and kind and even drove me to the nearest gas station/convenience store so that I didn't have to wait for my ride in the cold. He was able to fix my issue promply and get me back on the road the next day. Furthermore, he was very flexible with payment methods and pick up times. “I have been coming here with my husband for almost 15 years and the food is always delicious. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. So inexpensive and great quality. I just had my husbands surprise party catered from here and they were phenomenal, espeically their catering manager Julia- who knew exactly what to order and how much to order. (I swear I have seen her since I started going there 15 years ago and she is always smiling, friendly, and so attentive. There was not one time I have gone to Vinny D's and I didn't see her smile and go out of her way for someone. She is a huge part of what makes Vinny D's Deli so great.
