“I had gone to McDowell to see Dr. Ashley during my time for my optometry residency in Philadelphia and I was beyond impressed by both Dr. Ashley and her office's staff. I have since moved home to central Pennsylvania right outside of Hershey, PA and I needed to have my records from McDowell sent over to my new dentist at home. Upon calling and speaking to Beth at the front desk, she immediately remembered who I was and even remembered where I was moving to (I have not been back to their office since March 2019 so it has been about 7 months since they last saw me). I was very impressed with Beth's professionalism and kindness over the phone, and if I ever move back closer to the area I will ABSOLUTELY be going back to see Dr. Ashley and all her great staff.
