“I blew my engine in my old car and was rushing to get a new car because of a new job. I went to Sussman Hyundai in Willow Grove PA and had the pleasure of working with Charles Jackson! I was stuck there most of the day because of my own issues but he stayed with us the entire time! He was very patient and it was refreshing working with someone who wanted to make the process easier for us and someone willing to work with what we wanted. “I was hesitant to take my car to the dealership for repairs. I previously went to a different Kia dealership and did not have a very positive experience, they didn’t speak to me about my car they directed everything to my male friend who was there to drive me home. But when the malfunction light came on that morning I knew a dealership was the best place. I was able to get an appointment first thing that morning. As soon as I pulled in I was great with a smile and a good morning, how are you this morning. I dealt with Terry who was so respectful. He asked me what had happened and explained the process to me in detail. Asked if I wanted to wait there or if I needed a ride home. Called me an hour later to explain what needed to be corrected, the cost and that unfortunately the part would not be in until the next day. The following day I got a call early afternoon letting me know my car was ready. I explained my daughter would be picking it up and she was greeted with the same genuine kindness and respect. Can not say enough about the great experience.”

“I went to Advance Auto Parts down the road and they totally screwed up my car to the point of them telling me to just go to a dealership. I called here on a busy Saturday and they offered to look at my car THAT day to give me an estimate on the price and the length of time they'd need my car. Ron came out and pointed out exactly what the guys at Advanced Auto did wrong. I left the car with them and got a call around the same day they estimated it to be done. Super great place and very helpful people- will be back with any service I may need done in the future.”
