Dustin is a really good trainer. Highly attentive, adjusts workout on the spot to accommodate individual needs, pushes appropriately, teaches as he trains, uses time efficiently and effectively, and makes the environment very comfortable.

Awesome place to bring young children, affordable membership prices and if you don't have a membership it's fairly cheap.

Upon meeting Margie at a networking event, she invited me to come see her studio. Right away I was impressed with the cleanliness of her studio everywhere I looked and it didn't smell like someone had just worked out. I was also impressed that she had fresh fruit out for her clients to eat as well!
