“I recently moved to Philadelphia from Florida and have tried a two other local salons but left disappointed both times. I called Jade Organics Salon and spoke with Debbie in depth about their and the challenges that I was facing: change in water, humidity level, postpartum hair loss, breakage from chemical products and dye, multiple colors in my hair and she made me feel so confident that I booked an appointment for the next day. When I arrived she asked me a lot of questions and even tested my hair prior to deciding on how to proceed. The service was amazing, like being at a party with all of the other staff and guest excited and happy. Debbie made my hair look and feel better than it ever has and I’m so grateful that I was able to spend part of my day with her. I would shout my love for her and this place from the rooftops if I could.”

“Harry made room on an already busy schedule for the day before Thanksgiving. My passenger front window had been stuck in the down position for over 10 days -- not feeling the love from the dealer! Harry not only fixed the issue but had to send around for the part as well as two wiper blades because one was useless and the other was on its last legs! Then the patience of his counter person (Lady) as i cobbled out the payment cause it came it at more than was available on my debit card alone; then manually entering the debit card, which parenthetically I am fairly sure is high cost to them than the swipe, cause the card has been giving me issues when swiped as credit -- Credit Union, not feeling the love. Great service, Great patience, superior customer care as I needed the car on thankgiving to both work and eat my turkey diner with family in West Chester, PA.
