Alyssa set up both phones and spent extra time making sure everything was transferred properly from our old phones. I would recommend the store to anyone in the market for a new phone. Each representative at the store seemed very knowledgeable, but you are definitely in good hands if you get Alyssa - exceptional customer service. Thanks.
(June 15, 2018, 10:53 pm)My wife and I walked into the store at 7:45 on a friday, not knowing they closed at 8. Andrew Nader greeted us and proceeded to help us work through our complex transfer and upgrade. The process ended up taking over 2 hours. The whole time he maintained his extremely friendly customer service, and calmly worked through all of the issues we encountered along the way. It is the best customer service experience I have had anywhere. Thank you!
(June 15, 2018, 10:05 pm)I had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew Nader. I went in with a needing a few things done to my account and also needing to upgrade my phone. Unfortunately, we walked in 15 minutes before closing, not realizing they were only open until 8. Not only did Andrew stay TWO hours past closing to help me, he also handled every issue we came across with ease. His customer service is impeccable and anyone would be lucky to work with him as their rep.
