Based on our experience, I know why KOP Coach has so many five star reviews - I would give them 100 stars if I could. Our daughter and her boyfriend broke up the day before senior prom. We could have driven her, but wanted her last prom to be special and scrambled to find her a ride. Everyone was booked due to the Taylor Swift concert and I'd given up hope, but KOP Coach said they would make it work - they had kids too and wanted to make her feel better. They are a family run business that clearly goes above and beyond for their clients. They helped make her last prom a happy memorable one, and we had peace of mind knowing she was in safe hands. I have used KOP Coach limo twice in the past month, both times with outstanding service, courtesy, safety and comfort. The first time was actually for a rained out World Series game, and despite my changing the time and needing a more immediate pickup, Moe and his team were at the stadium for us within 30 minutes of my call. We used KOP Coach for round trip transportation to both PHL and JFK for my family of 5. Moe and the KOP Coach team were outstanding. Our vehicle was very comfortable and the drive was smooth and relaxing. They were not only professional and courteous during the trip, but their customer services during the reservation process was excellent as well. On the morning of our JFK flight, our flight was canceled and we had to re-book a later flight. Moe was able to be flexible enough to adjust the timing of our pickup to accommodate this.
