“This Doctor is excellent. He takes his time and is extremely thorough. He does not rush you through an assembly line like many do nowadays. The downside of his practice is getting in touch directly with his Office. There is an unbelievably long list of options to get through to just leave a message. There is NO direct line (I'm aware of) to call his Office and speak to a human. It is extremely frustrating. If this guy was not such a good Physician, I would have quit going to him due to their horrible communications set up. Bill Bizzozero”

“I've driven my mother in law to 2 appointments here in the last 2 weeks, and they're a happy, upbeat group of people. They see us (a patient with 2 people following) and immediately (and happily) pull an extra chair into the exam room. They include us, and they make all three of us smile and laugh while dealing with this crappy thing--the necessary foot surgery. They're SUCH a pleasant, capable group. When my mother in law compares this surgery done by these people to a surgery she had ... I think it was last year, but maybe 2016, by a DIFFERENT surgeon, this one is going more smoothly. They also seem to care more. At the others doctor's office, we were rushed through and given a max of five minutes with a doctor in the room. Here, they take their time and care about their patients. We always leave with a smile on our faces, even if my mother in law has to have a cast on longer than she anticipated (which she hates). Eddie is definitely our favorite face (and the MIL's favorite cast-cutter-offer). And to add clarification to someone else's review--there IS a very easily seen elevator. You open the door and enter the building, and there are stairs to the right, and signs pointing to an elevator to the left/straight back. :)”

“We have been with Panda Bear for over 3 years. We have 3 children ages 4- 10. Our 4 year old and 6 year old boys are autistic. Dr. Dominy has always been professional, caring and thorough in each visit to the office. I ask a lot of questions especially when it comes to my boys and treatments, diets development etc. I have never felt rushed or discounted. I feel that Dr. Dominy answers all my questions and refers me to our developmental pediatrician at CHOP for anything she is unsure of or is beyond her expertise. This is a doctors job, to advise on those areas that they are educated in and to refer you to a specialist for those they are not. I appreciate that and trust our relationship more because of it. I am always amazed each and every time I call someone answers the phone (previous experience with other offices included very long wait times and voice messaging systems) I am able to get a sick appointment same day, yes I may have to go to a different location than I am accustomed too but when my child is sick and it is last minute I don't mind the extra few minutes to the other office. The office staff are also amazing, all pleasant, helpful and process paperwork right away, no waiting for referrals or call backs. I have requested several referrals and they are handled quickly and accurately. Billing has always been accurate as well (again previous experiences billing was terrible) I will note that often there are student doctors present, I do not mind this and they are always courteous and professional. You may ask not to have them examine your child if you prefer. I do this for my one son as the exams can be stressful for him. Overall I like to see the that the office supports a learning environment. We are very happy with Panda Bear and would recommend to anyone looking for a pediatrician.”
