(October 18, 2018, 9:41 am)I go here 1-2x a week. Their iced coffees/lattes are so much better than any other Dunkin I have been to. 10/18 I went in because the drive through was backed up. Someone took my order at the counter and I waited for my iced coffee. The girl making coffee for the people inside was extremely slow and there was a small back up in front of me. She handed me my drink and I could tell right off the bat it was not right. It was a hot drink. She said that was supped to be iced wasn't it? I said yeah, but I don't have time to wait anymore I am going to be late for work. It wasn't that hot when I got it and it didn't even taste like a hot latte. I am not sure what it was. I called the store when I got to work to let someone know what happened because I paid for an iced, so I overpaid. I spoke to the girl that provided me the wrong drink and she seemed like she didn't know what to do. She didn't even answer my questions. It was just nothing on the other end. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she was one. She did not seem like a manager that morning. I spoke to what she called her supervisor and she was very nice (I didn't get her name) she was very professional sounding and told me don't worry about it the next day you come in you can have a free one.
