Phenomenal store with an encyclopedic owner that clearly has a passion for comics cannot recommend enough

Bittermans is a real comic book shop. The owner knows his stuff and is a joy to talk with about Comics. For a few moments you can relive your childhood.

Really good selection of comics. The books are nicely organized and fairly priced. Owner was a pleasure to talk to and knowledgeable.

This shop has a great selection of both new and old comics. The owner known as Bitterman is very knowledgeable on the world of comic books, so it's always nice to be able to chat with him about your favorite stories, characters, and comic companies. He lets you make a pull list too, so if there's only 1 copy of a book left and you want it bad, you can actually buy it next week knowing that it will still be there for you and that can be really helpful. He's got a great selection of Marvel, DC, and Independents as well. Definitely stop in and check the place out, it's a vibe for sure. All he needs is an old arcade game machine or something and that would be the chill spot haha. Good shop by all means!!!

This is the way that comic book shops should be! Box upon box of neatly organized comics, with a huge selection of back issues (in great condition!) from the 60's - today. Absolutely massive selection of independent publishers as well. And reasonably priced. It was a pleasure chatting with the owner, who you can tell is in this business for his love of the comics. Five stars all around.
