I've only been here a handful of times so far, but I actually really enjoy going. Everyone is so friendly and down to Earth. It also helps that my pain is seeing a little relief as well!
I have been coming here for years. The staff and therapists are lovely people. I have always had successful treatment. I highly recommend them!
11 weeks ago, I feel off my bicycle and bruised my right ankle. Direct smack to the pavement, enormous soft tissue swelling. Lived on the couch for the first 5-6 weeks. Then I went to Novacare in Hatboro and got the best physical therapy with Christine and Phil. They were so caring and knowledgeable, and I just know without their help, my ankle would not be healing like the way it is now. I could have lived with serious problems the rest of my life without their help. Big Thank YOU to you all at Hatboro Novacare, Everyone was just really nice and friendly and educated and encouraging. God bless you all, hope I don't have to see you anytime soon, meaning - I want to stay "accident free" - haha !!!!
My husband, Stan, has used NovaCare in Hatboro to rehab his knee after replacement surgery and most recently to relieve neck pain. The facility is small but well equipped. However, what sets them apart is the staff. From the reception person to the two physical therapists everyone is friendly and helpful. Christine provided the bulk of Stan's therapy and she is excellent. Phil does a great job with his patients and they both work to make the patients feel both welcome and well cared for.
Genuine care for each individual patient and speedy recovery of my injury far exceeded my expectations. The experience and knowledge of the staff is also clearly evident. Job well done!
