(October 10, 2018, 8:19 am)Awesome staff. Been going to see Dr. Lindsey Fisher since July for neck and shoulder pain. She is very thorough and takes her time explaining everything to you. Feel better every time I go see her. Must go place if you have any type of pain and you don’t want to go through surgery. You won’t regret it!!!!!!!

(August 12, 2018, 9:51 am)The training groups run by Arthur are challenging but fun. He encourages each of his clients to work hard and do their best. He is constantly switching things up and allows for modification if you feel you cannot achieve the given workout. I feel motivated to go the gym everyday with Arthur as my personal trainer and now notice a positive change in my appearance. I definitely recommend Arthur and Total Performance to anyone looking for great quality personal training.

It’s in an odd location in the back corner of a busy (and sometimes VERY LOUD) indoor sports complex, but the care is more than worth it. A few years ago, my son had sports agility training here and I was impressed then. Now my daughter is receiving PT and I’m even more impressed. The staff is friendly. The therapists are amazing. They are so encouraging with my daughter. She looks forward to coming in and I think she will be sad when her therapy is over! Thank you for all you do!

(May 21, 2018, 9:12 pm)Total Performance, both the physical therapy and the training group, is amazing. I did a month of physical therapy with the group because of pain from a misalignment of my pelvic bones. Both Lindsey and Dan were great and I felt better than I had in several years. They not only got my pelvic bones back in alignment, they taught me exercises to strengthen the muscles around the area to keep it in place. I transitioned from PT into the training group and that has also been a wonderful experience. I'm not an athletic person and I don't usually like working out but I've loved the training program with Total Performance. Arthur Howell is a fabulous trainer - he keeps the workouts interesting and really customizes them to fit the physical ability and limitations of each participant. I look forward to working out a few times a week - there's a great camaraderie amongst the program members and Arthur. I highly recommend both the Physical Therapy and Training programs at Total Performance Physical Therapy in Hatfield!
