(June 5, 2020, 1:48 pm)Lived here for 5 years. Office and maintenance are very quick to respond to any issues. The area is very safe, and the neighbors are quiet. Never had any issues. It's a great location with nearby Meijer's, Clinton River Trail, etc. Definitely would continue living here if I didn't have to relocate for a new job.

Very quiet, small community with pool and tennis courts! I lived in a third floor apartment with vaulted ceilings that felt very luxurious! Rent is very reasonable for the area. Maintenance and the office staff were always quick and professional! I would highly recommend this community!

(March 13, 2017, 1:44 pm)Peaceful, beautiful and clean place to stay. The staff here are very prompt and quick from the rent agreement day to every little problem you may face during your stay. Highly recommend this place for the professional staff, clean architecture and scenic peaceful surroundings.
