(December 20, 2016, 4:42 pm)I am an Analyst at Sage Senior Living, and when we took over Solana Horsham in September, one of our main goals was to come in and bring our own unique brand of senior living to the residents, employees, and families of residents. At Sage, we don't call our buildings "facilities" and our residents are not "patients" or "units". Even as a numbers guy, I know that we are taking care of people, which is hugely important to me and the team at Kyffin Grove. At Sage, we want to be the best home for each resident every day, which means not only taking care of the people inside our communities but the employees also. It saddens me to see two negative reviews of Solana Horsham here, but it gives me hope that as a Sage community we can do amazing things for both the residents and employees. Working with the team at Kyffin Grove over the last several months has been fantastic, they are truly great people. I am looking forward for many more years with their team, they are a wonderful addition to our Sage family!
