“I put off getting Hearing Aids for many years. Finally it got to the point that I knew I had to make the move. Through Blue Cross Personal Choice 65, I was directed to Tru Hearing and their local representative Steven Grant @ Suburban Hearing. Steven was quite helpful, and non-pressuring, in helping me pick the devices that best suit my needs. I am now in my 5th week of using the devices. The experience has been just great. Steve is patient and available whenever I have a question. Steve realizes making this move can be intimidating. When I first got the devices, he gave me just enough information on how to adjust to using the hearing aids. He then scheduled another appointment in a week and gave me a little more information and set up my smart phone with an app so I could control the units very easily. He then scheduled another appointment and pointed out a few more options on how to get the best use of the devices to suit my needs. This approach, in my mind, is very accommodating to the user. I never got confused and forgot how to use each new feature. Had he downloaded all of these features on the first day, I certainly would have struggled. I highly recommend Steve and his approach to help anyone that is tentative about moving to this stage of their life. Trust Steve and hopefully you will enjoy hearing again.”

Christine at the front desk is amazing she can help you and answer all your questions and put your mind at ease so you don’t have to worry because your job is to just recover. The physical therapy team is so wonderful. They are very hands-on, knowledgeable, very approachable, and very supportive. They were able to help me smile and laugh because you become a part of their family… It’s like tears where everybody gets to know your name and becomes a great support factor in your recovery. Furthermore, as a patient of theirs I didn’t feel like a number I actually felt like an actual person that they cared about. They are there to help you and assist you in rehabilitating your body and give you positive feedback. I would not have been able to Get to where I am today without their help. “I was more than satisfied with my visit to the Horsham office and Dr. Chatterjee. BTW, I did not see the doctor for Lasik but for ongoing eye issues. Cody, the technician, was professional and courteous. The doctor examined my eyes and explained my situation very well. He brought a large picture of an eye on his computer and showed me what is happening with my eyes. I will continue to see the doctor on a regular basis. The person who checked me in had no greeting and a very somber tone. The other two office people seemed to be having a party. When I asked for a water they gave me a bottle that was mostly frozen and spilled on the floor.”

“I recently visited HAC with my friend as a guest, as he has a membership. Upon entering the establishment, we were both greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. I had a Planet Fitness membership a long time ago, so I was expecting something similar. No. The machines themselves seem more high tech in general. I don't think there was a speck of dust in the locker room, which was astonishing to walk into. There was even a (I'm guessing here) post workout relaxation area complete with a TV and several chairs. If I was into the gym lifestyle, I would definitely go here.”
