I felt that I was treated with respect, which when you're a lone woman going to a mechanic is never a guarantee. They didn't push me to get more repairs than I can afford at the moment, though they were straightforward about the potential consequences of forgoing recommended repairs. I think I'm going to try to trade my car in for something easier/cheaper to maintain, so I didn't end up giving them much business this time around, but I plan to do so in the future. It's nice to see a business investing in their customers instead of trying to wring them dry the minute they walk through the door.”

It can be hard to get ahold of the store via phone and the parking lot is a little small. Be prepared to be flexible with dates when taking training classes.”
