“Good solid experience , albeit when going to expo put on in Scranton by East Coast Spas I had no intenon of buying one and my wife was supposed to be " the voice of reason" , needless to say it was delivered Sunday , salesman Chris K was anything but a salesman , had great product and industry knowledge , delivery guys Ron and Nick did the impossible getting it to a brutal site w/o incident and took more time then they probably should have as " delivery guys" to iron out a wrinkle in the way filter was seating , had a flaw in the cover from factory , Chris was at my house swapping it out at 9am next morning , I have realistic expectations and think I'm an easy to please consumer .so more or less a 5 star from me means everyone is keeping their gaurantees, I pIan on updating my experience with Masters and East Coast Spas now and then as when I was researching I felt there was limited info on both Masters Spas and East Coast Spas and i am a big subscriber in product reviews, all too often you only read customers bad experiences .. as of today, day 2 after purchase I speak for both my wife and I when I say we love our tub and couldn't have hoped for a better experience , will check back periodically , looking to get to 2027 realistically pleased then buy a new one and hopefully it's a Master's from East Coast Spas r/t this purchase”

“I am truly impressed by this store. Been in multiple times and have always had a great experience. Have gotten floral arrangements for a number of events and bought gifts for the holidays. They provide the highest level of attention; quality and service. I haven't always known what I am looking for in terms of flowers and the owner is willing to take the time to show me ideas from past work or from other sources. She was patient and only concerned that I be happy with the final arrangements - the quality and uniqueness of the flowers were amazing. My family was blown away with the results - beautiful flowers that lasted a really long time. Some of the arrangements were posted on their Instagram site. They have a high attention to detail. I didn't do it; but they will apparently text you an image of the final work to ensure you are comfortable with what is to be delivered - love that. Will go back!”

“My husband and I visited on a Sunday right when they opened. We worked with Julian and he was awesome! We had a better experience here than going to a standard Verizon Wireless store. He helped us get on a joint phone plan and upgraded both of our phones. The whole process took roughly under an hour with minimal to no wait time. While Julian was working with us he was also assisting another customer to help keep everything moving. Julian was very knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. We will certainly be coming back her whenever we have any questions or concerns regarding our plan or device.”
