“Went to a cake tasting for my son's wedding. One of the bakeries was a well know shop that I grew up with in Philly, was sure that their cake would be the winner. Much to my surprise Ann's was better, hands down! None of the other cakes came close to the flavor and moistness of Ann's. My son and his bride had the raspberry swirl lemonade for their wedding cake and I just had the same for my daughter's shower yesterday. She also will be getting her wedding cake from Ann's in September .”

The food is always fresh and the coffee is always hot. In my lifetime I have watched Wawa expand from just a few stores in the South East Pennsylvania and New Jersey area to all up and down the East Coast and even as far south as Miami! When I was young, they had two types of coffee, regular and decaf. Now, they have coffees from Colombia, Brazil, Africa, and a whole bunch of other seasonal flavors.”

“This location will be my go-to AT&T store going forward. My husband's phone was stolen and while in the process of buying a new phone at an AT&T store in Center City, the Assistant Manager deactivated my phone, which is on the same account. When my husband called the store in Center City to get my phone turned back on he was told that I had to take my phone to an AT&T store to get a new SIM card and that the deactivation rendered my current SIM card useless. Needless to say, I wasn't happy. In steps Steve at the AT&T store in Horsham to the rescue. I called the store first to see if they would be able to help me. I spoke to Steve and he assured me he would be able to help. I went in after work and Steve was able to see me right away. It turned out that there was more to the issue than just a new SIM card. The Center City store really did a number on our account. Steve spent 45 minutes on the phone with the back office getting everything straightened out for me. During the entire time, he was very polite and accommodating. Professionalism at its best. Make this location your store. Not all AT&T stores are created equal!”

“Highly Recommended!! I had a delightful experience at the store. The touchscreen of my phone wasn't working. After numerous calls to Samsung and retailer, I finally went to this store. The owner simply restarted the phone and it started working again. When I asked the owner how much do I owe him, he simply refused to accept any money. “This is the first time I’ve used this type of service. I admit I’ve been hesitant to use PMC. However, the scrutiny of these chain pharmacies (even the one which I’m well established and well known) becomes frustrating, disheartening and makes me feel like I’m doing something wrong by being in pain and having to manage my pain through medication. I’ve also frequently run into situations where I’ve provided a prescription up to and over a week before the fill date, and on the fill date, the pharmacy’s unable to fill the prescription at all and/or only being able to provide a partial fill resulting in my having to go back to my doctor and back to the pharmacy to have the prescription filled completely. It can be time consuming and expensive traveling back and forth, etc. Now, the good stuff - - today was the first time I used PMC and I must say that you folks provide the perfect solution to all of these problems. PMC offers a truly wonderful service. My first contact was with Susan who is exceptionally well spoken, kind and professional as well as very adept in the performance of her duties and responsibilities at PMC. Dealing with Susan took me back to the old “mom and pop” neighborhood pharmacy; you know, the one who knew your entire family by name, etc. My second contact was with Earl who, despite my calling well before business hours, literally IMMEDIATELY returned my call. He answered all of my questions in a very polite, caring and professional manner. I was likewise very impressed with him. Last, but surely not least, was Steve, the gentleman who delivered my prescriptions. Steve’s communication and timeliness were impeccable. He too was extremely pleasant, kind and professional. Now, my only comment is simply a suggestion to PMC in that they consider implementing a rewards program. For instance, the client/patient can choose a store card or prepaid visa/amex gift card for so many prescriptions filled. The mere lack of one of these programs is the ONLY reason I don’t transfer all my prescriptions (9 prescriptions & approx 20 vitamins/month). Living on a fixed income, I truly rely on and need the discounts/coupons the big chain pharmacies offer. In closing, I HIGHLY suggest PMC pharmacy!! Thanks so much Susan, Earl, Steve and PMC for your service and please keep up the great work!!”
