“Good solid experience , albeit when going to expo put on in Scranton by East Coast Spas I had no intenon of buying one and my wife was supposed to be " the voice of reason" , needless to say it was delivered Sunday , salesman Chris K was anything but a salesman , had great product and industry knowledge , delivery guys Ron and Nick did the impossible getting it to a brutal site w/o incident and took more time then they probably should have as " delivery guys" to iron out a wrinkle in the way filter was seating , had a flaw in the cover from factory , Chris was at my house swapping it out at 9am next morning , I have realistic expectations and think I'm an easy to please consumer .so more or less a 5 star from me means everyone is keeping their gaurantees, I pIan on updating my experience with Masters and East Coast Spas now and then as when I was researching I felt there was limited info on both Masters Spas and East Coast Spas and i am a big subscriber in product reviews, all too often you only read customers bad experiences .. as of today, day 2 after purchase I speak for both my wife and I when I say we love our tub and couldn't have hoped for a better experience , will check back periodically , looking to get to 2027 realistically pleased then buy a new one and hopefully it's a Master's from East Coast Spas r/t this purchase”

“Sensei Parys on Monday's class went above and beyond for my son this week. After a long day of Kindergarten, coming home to do some chores and homework, my son tripped on his way going into the dojo and the day's frustration and exhaustion was finally too much for him. He was hysterical for a few minutes, and I couldn't calm him down. Sensei took time out of organizing the class of 17 other students, and personally addressed him, calmed him down, and encouraged him to join the class. I've seen professional academic teachers without the ability he has. It's rare to find someone so well rounded in a personal and professional manner. It meant a lot to my son, and myself. He went onto have a fantastic time in class. This is the only dojo in the area that offers a traditional Japanese style of learning. An individual experience for each child and parent, with teachers that enjoy teaching, and enjoy teaching and being around children. It's operated as first, a passion by the head instructor, and a business second.”

“This is one of those places that's goes under the radar. The staff( all family members) is incredible friendly, so welcoming and warm. The restaurant is clean. The pizza is delicious. The sauce on the pizza and the crust are not like other run of the mill pizzas. The cheese is of good quality and not greasy. The desserts are home made. If pumpkin pie is on the menu, I highly recommend it!!! Yuuuummm!!”

“My son started at age one and they made the transition so easy for both myself and and my husband but most important for him. The staff is amazing and knows every child there even if they are not in their class. They have an awesome group of staff who cares for the kids as though they were their own. Not only does my son enejoy going their each day but he has gained some amazing friends his age and is learning sooo much. Facility is always clean, menu is extremely healthy and they have a curriculum that allows you child to learn so much.”
