“Excellent experience from beginning to end. Their marketing director updated a coupon for state inspection and emission so that I could use it, which was amazing. The main room was super clean and the staff - including the owner who was behind the desk and who helped me - was very friendly. The emailed report about the car is very detailed and easy to understand. The final total was exactly as expected. It took about 90 minutes from dropping the car off to picking it up. So, professional & friendly staff, a hands-on owner, clean public areas, excellent value for the work that was done, and great communication both before and after the appointment. “ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL FOLKS!!!!! I desperately needed new tires on the front of my 2008 pickup truck back in December 2020. I called around to 7 different places, found Murray's on Google and called. Not only did Mike Murray get my tires and my truck in the next day, but same make and model tire that I had on the rear and LESS EXPENSIVE than the place I got the ones on the rear INSTALLED TOO!!! Mike, his wife Lisa and their son are very honest about what they do and they don't rob your wallet!!!! Had to come back in today for a few new issues (older truck still lots of original parts) but when I called Friday Mike was able to get me in immediately and everything is getting fixed today. Again, not breaking my bank account!!!! I will be leaving the area soon and wish I could take them all with me!!
