I went to inquire about climate control storage. Mandy answered all of my questions and gave me a tour and we viewed the size unit I was interested in. I ended up renting the unit the next day. The process was simple. I love how clean the facility is and the availability to carts for moving items from your car to storage is great.

The office staff is very professional and also very friendly. They even called me when I didn’t lock the door properly; actually leaving the unit unlocked even though my lock was locked. The unit I emptied today was just a small one, I have an additional one that’s one of the largest ones. It’s very easy getting to and from both units and the elevator worked every time to access the smaller unit. Carts were always available. Units were clean. Never too cold or too hot. All units are accessed from inside the building. Having a rear entrance saved me a lot of walking.

Love it. Been using this site for 5 years now and our stuff is still nice and secure.

This is my first time using a storage unit but I found Metro to be very clean, easy access and it fit my needs.
Rachel & Maddie are the best! Maddie showed me all the different sizes of units so I could make my decision and Rachel helped me to get exactly what I needed.
These girls are an asset to Metro. So far so good.
I would definitely use their services again if I ever need to and will refer friends.
