Merrell

I can only say amazing - both for Merrell shoes and this particular store. My wife & I have purchased multiple hiking shoes here and have had the best customer experience especially from Sarah and Brad. They've both been so helpful and given us good suggestions and tips on what to look for in hiking shoes. With zero sales pressure! While we dont live in the area anymore, I would definitely recommend Merrell shoes and this particular store to anyone in the NJ/PA area who are looking for good quality shoes and sandals.

Kudos to the Pottstown staff at this Merrell's location! My wife and I came in, somewhat discouraged, after having been at three other stores in the Outlet. We were looking for wide widths, removable inserts (to accommodate a hidden "lift"), and an easy-tightening means of keeping the shoe on my wife's feet (given that she only has the use of one hand). These two marvelous ladies took the time to stop and listen, and consider the options they presented to us, in our search for shoes that would restore a quality of life that my wife had not had in years. I cannot say enough positive things to adequately express my appreciation for improving her situation.

The woman who helped us was very nice and helpful. We both bought a pair of shoes my husband loves his, I ended up returning mine with no hassle since they ended up hurting a little bit. They have a decent selection but the pricing doesn’t seem low enough to be considered outlet pricing.

April 2021: great buying experience with the best advise from the store keeper (Ms. H). We wanted shoes good for hiking and water activities. Glad we came here. The staff suggested the perfect shoes and even got us a deal. I am sure we would have purchased waterproof shoes instead of water draining shoes if not for the staff. No amount of online reviews can match an expert guidance. Very satisfied.
