I rarely write reviews, but I want everyone to have the a great experience during the stressful time of buying/selling a home. My agent was Jay Arias with Alliance Property Solutions, and swear to you I hit the jackpot when he was assigned to my difficult relocation (closing the Friday before Christmas). Jay is hands down the best agent I have had the pleasure of doing business with throughout 5 sales, and 5 purchases in my lifetime. My situation was time critical, and extremely difficult with a relocation from Texas. There is without question no one that could have did a better job for me than Jay. I truly cannot say enough about him and his above and beyond approach, positive attitude, and work ethic. Do yourself a favor if your in the market and use Jay, you will be beyond impressed!

I called them and was able to schedule an appointment where they provided me with a free consultation and did a walk through of my property.
