ATA Martial Arts of Royersford

I'm here doing a trial class with my daughter and it's awesome I'm really excited about her starting here and learning everything there is to learn because it's important and it will help her throughout her life and it's fun

Master M, Mr. Riordan, Mrs. Sullens, and the whole team of instructors are absolutely the best. My son loves ATA and has certainly learned a lot in addition to martial arts, such a respect, honesty, and discipline.

My son has been with ATA of Royersford for 5 months now. My husband and I have been impressed since day 1 with the instructors and how we were treated by all of the staff. Fast forward to today and we have the opportunity to see how they operate during a quarantine none of us saw coming. From Facebook daily challenges, videos, giveaways and Zoom classes (including free beginner classes for the community), they are keeping the kids who are stuck at home active and focused. Students are testing for their stripes and next belt level. Although my son really misses physically going to his classes, in our home he is yelling, "yes, sir" to his instructors and maintaining the same discipline I see from him during his typical classes. We are very impressed with all the hard work of all the staff, and appreciate how much work is being done by those behind the scenes, such as countless email communication and splitting the students up into multiple rooms so instructors can focus on fewer students individually. We can't thank you all enough and highly recommend ATA of Royersford.

All the instructors are focused and energized. I love how Mr. Riordan can keep a class going while Mr. John works with the new students. When your student is new and they receive personal attention throughout class, is shows their parents that they're valued and they're not just thrown into class and left standing there lost. During this class, I kept going back and forth between watching my son and watching the smiles on the parents of new students. Their smiles spoke volumes.

Our son has been a student at ATA for nearly two years now, and we are extremely impressed. Not only is he learning martial arts and discipline, but also better citizenship and self-confidence. The staff is fantastic, very devoted to the students. They all went above and beyond to keep the kids engaged via Zoom during the Covid-19 shutdown, and continue to do a great job of complying with the changing safety regulations and making it possible for those who feel comfortable to attend in-person (even opening an annex to the studio!) and maintaining online class options as well. Communication with families is excellent, Mrs. Sullens always makes time to help with any question or need with a smile (even if it’s hidden behind a mask!), and family activities and community involvement opportunities are fun and rewarding! We are very grateful for Master M, his family, and the entire staff at ATA!

My Twins started their journey about 2 years back and we love this Big ATA Royersford family. All the Instructors are FABULOUS and go out of the way to help out each and every student. They are knowledgeable, passionate and fun to train with. I had my kids Birthday party there too and they absolutely loved cutting the cake with real sword.... My kids are more confident, more disciplined, more helpful and becoming responsible as they progress in their journey. We made so many friends. They look forward to go to class every week which is nice surprise for me.
