I've been taking my cars to Matt before he owned his own spot. I've never had to return for a follow-up on a repair. He's honest and always provides a clear explanation for repairs. He does not play games. I highly recommend him and have always sent my friends his way. You will not be disappointed.

I went to Matt after a large, six bay shop in Sanatoga told me I needed exhaust system work and other ridiculous items to pass inspection and wanted $800. I was suspicious because I have been doing all the work on my family's cars for over 40 years, checking them out regularly to make sure they are safe and will not need repairs come inspection time. Going to Matt's garage was a bit of a drive for me but was worth the trip. He passed me without finding any issues. Honesty is a rare virtue in this business where fraud is rampant, and Matt is honest.

Everyone is always looking for an "honest and dependable" mechanic. Matt is one of the good guys. I have been dealing with him for at least a decade, he previously worked with Nonamakers in Linfield, and he has my complete trust.

He helped me keep my 2002 Honda Accord on the road for over 225k miles. My 2006 Honda Pilot just went over 235k and is still running, and I've got a third car that's just gone over 100k. I think Matt is a major reason we've gotten the mileage we have out of our cars. Matt always tells you the work that needs to be done immediately, as well as work that needs to be done in the future but doesn't need to be done right away. He talks to you like he's spending/budgeting his own money to keep your car running.
