(March 29, 2018, 2:52 pm)A typical small regional rail station with a decent size parking lot. I wish the indoor passenger waiting/ticketing area is open during daytime, especially during the winter months. Amtrak trains should slow down when passing Merion Station; there is not enough room on the platform to stay clear of trains that pass at a high rate of speed. When Amtrak trains are on the outter train tracks, it can get little disconcerting.
