“I have never once had an issue with anyone in the office. They are always helpful and want to make sure everything is taken care of. I have one child with ADD & a metabolic mutation and another with allergies and chronic ear infections and fevers. I feel like sometimes as parents we think our child needs to be seen for anything we feel is wrong. That is not always the case, if it is something that they cannot treat (viruses, etc) there is no reason to bring your kid into an office where they can pick up a sickness or expose healthy kids to a simple cold. If I really felt my child needed to be seen, they always fit me in. They have referred me to a specialist, but only if necessary. All the nurses are very kind to my kids and the doctors are always willing to answer my questions. I also have never had any issues with the office on vaccinations (always available when I choose to do them). I felt like my daughter was delayed in speech and her doctor gave me information, but allowed me to decide if we are to pursue or not (at this stage she so young, it could change with one growth spurt). I recommend them to anyone. Plus CHOP is the best children's hospital to be affiliated with. We don't realize how lucky we are to be so close to such amazing resources.”
