(March 19, 2020, 11:09 am)Our tech - Gary - was awesome. During a global pandemic, Gary came to our house, assessed our problem, and fixed it in a timely fashion. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We spoke prior to him coming on site - I wanted to let him know that our family was not sick and it was safe for him to enter. He shared the same news about himself which put our minds at ease. I can't say enough about Horizon. Great company.

(March 14, 2020, 9:19 am)Phil, Alex, and Alberto were great to deal with. They worked efficiently and diligently, and completed an air conditioner installation in a reasonable amount of time (considering the complexity of the job). Each of the men was friendly, and readily answered any and all questions. They immediately laid out drop cloths and rugs to protect our floors. They also explained how to use the newly installed thermostat, and what maintainence should be performed on the furnace and coil. All in all, a good experience.
(February 20, 2020, 1:37 pm)I had an excellent experience from the 1st tech Bernard, to John for the estimate and walked me through all my options. He was honest and not pushy. All the installation guys were so nice and thorough, they communicated every step to me and they left my house as clean as when they came. They did an excellent job my heat is better than it was before. Horizon is always dependable and pricing is fair and they have EXCELLENT customer service. I really like dealing with them...
