  Excellent BJJ school. The wealth of knowledge among the senior ranks is priceless. Welcoming, friendly and fun atmosphere while still maintaining quality training. My only wish is that they were open every day so that I could get more mat time worked in around my overnight work schedule. Occasional mid-day training sessions have helped immensely though in keeping me caught up.

  Terrific atmosphere that is very welcoming for anyone who's heard about BJJ and always wanted give a try but concerned whether they would fit in. No such worries needed here!! Instructors and fellow students made me feel at home from day 1. Bonus points for Rosendo's unique sense of humor ;)

  5 stars doesn't do it justice. I have been training here for a little over a year now and couldn't be happier. The instructors are absolutely top notch and create a safe, comfortable, ego free and fun learning environment. If you're in the area and would like to learn from the best definitely give this school a try you will not be disappointed!!!!

  I have studied the martial arts for over 20 year and I can truly say that Rosendo Diaz is one of the most technical and knowledgeable instructors I have ever meant. Classes at his academy are always informative as well as fun. There is a warm family atmosphere at the academy and all are welcome. Rosendo and the other instructors make everyone who walks through the feel comfortable. Classes are differentiated for all levels of learners, body types, and athleticism. I am extremely proud to be a student and member of the team.
