Bob came out for our cleaning and was so attentive, detailed and professional. They all treat us like family and our home like their own. I highly recommend Hearthside!
(November 19, 2018, 1:51 pm)We had a great experience with Hearthside Fireplace and Stove. Shawn came out to our house to assess what unit would work best for our current setup and made the process so quick and easy. He got us exactly what we were looking for at the best price.
The installer Chris was so nice and easy to work with. He guided us in picking out the stone we wanted and did great work. Chis and his team were very respectful of our home by covering floors and furniture and putting everything back in place upon completion.
On a side note we first went to a different vendor in Quakertown and they were unwilling to do a site visit and they quoted us double what it cost to have it done with Hearthside Fireplace and Stove. I highly recommend!!

(November 3, 2018, 4:42 pm)The decision to update our custom home's fireplace to a fireplace insert was not an easy one for us to make. We had been to many dealers and none made us feel comfortable. Then we walked into Hearthside Fireplace & Stove at The ACE in Pennsburg. To be honest we didn't even go into ACE expecting to find a fireplace insert dealer. We were immediately greeted by Shawn and he answered all our questions and his impressive knowledge helped us arrive at the choice of insert. He went above and beyond the call of duty for us, by listening to us and understanding that we had specific requirements for our custom home. We made the decision to purchase the insert that day. Shawn and his installation team (Colby) did a phenomenal job with the installation as well as the maintenance of our custom pellet stove and very tall chimney. The fireplace insert looked great and heated the house very well. I give the highest recommendation to this most professional team. If you are considering a pellet stove, fireplace insert or chimney work, you would be wise to choose Shawn and his team for your work.
(October 30, 2018, 2:22 pm)Shawn helped us pick out the perfect stove - we absolutely love the look and the functionality of our new stove! Everyone on the team was great to work with - friendly and knowledgeable. Bob was so accommodating - he even installed the blowers during an Eagles game!
