TriValley Primary Care - Upper Perkiomen office

Alexis in the front office is very snippy and rude. Hangs up the phone without saying goodbye or asking if you had any more questions. She needs some Customer Service training. I get anxiety just thinking about her answering when I call.
Everyone else in the office is great!

I saw Andrew Buck for the first time in 2012 after having seen Dr. Blue for years. I love Dr. Blue but I have switched to seeing Andrew now. I saw Andrew for recurrent panic attacks which were new for me. He was kind, patient, and listened to me and my concerns. Instead of telling me what to do, we collaborated. We had a convo about what I was comfortable with and what he recommended and came up with a plan. I continue seeing him to this day. He knows me, he remembers details about me and is always so kind. Never going anywhere else nor will I see anyone else.

Everyone was so nice and quick at checking me in. Dr. Blue was quick to come into my room and start the appointment. She really helped talk me through what was the best protocol to help me! I've been with this practice for over 15 years and have loved it ever since. I recommend them to anyone looking for a better practice who really treats you like family!
