“I have been taking my car to Ryan for over a year now, and I am truly relieved to have a mechanic that I can trust. I’ve been burned at other locations in the past, but Ryan is honest, and true to his word! Ryan is also willing to show and explain the things that may be wrong with the car, but will also give you a heads up if he sees potential problems that may occur in the future - which is nice to be prepared mentally and financially for! “DESIGN and PLANNING - 5 Stars. They were very attentive to requests and details. It took us from Aug 22 til Aug 31 to handle all the specifics of the design and renderings...which were awesome! PRODUCTION - 1 Star. We were told to hurry our signing of the final documents so we could secure a spot in production that would put us on a ship date that was about 6 weeks from the time of order (ship by Oct 19). Our order didn't actually ship until Nov 21 and we received it on Dec 6. This created a big problem in our scheduling with the people that were helping us install. INSTALLATION - 4 Stars. Our staircase is solid Hickory, so it is very strong wood and the installation screws that were provided, broke several times as they were being tightened into the wood. We had to get creative to remove them, but ended up purchasing some screws from the local box store and we had no problem after that. All components and pieces were cut and sized exactly as per the plan and that made the installation work wonderfully! FINAL PRODUCT - 5 Stars!!! We love the new staircase and despite the long wait time, would order from Salter, again! Their product is worth the wait!!! I will try to remember to post a photo, soon, we are awaiting the final staining.”

The food was all cooked fresh and was out to us quickly. Fantastic food! Will definitely be using them again in the future!”
