Most of the doctors and nurses, along with the front desk staff are great!
The billing department borders on terrible, along with what must be a joke on their outgoing voice mail message (because they have never, not once, picked up) that you will receive a call back.
After more than one bad experience with Dr. Salomon, we have learned to schedule appointments (even emergency ones) around his schedule to avoid him as best we can. We can't figure out why he is involved in pediatric & family medicine.
We love it here! Never a long wait, all drs and staff are great!!
Love love love these guys! We switched to pediatric associates of plymouth when our little one was 2 months old. Best desicion by far. You never have to wait, even during the sick season. The staff are friendly and do not rush you. We try to get Dr. Evans whenever we can. However, we have had situations where we needed to see whoever was free at that particular time. Everyone we have worked with has been amazing.
