“Soulful yoga studio inside a gorgeous historic barn. All the teachers have high level training. I’ve enjoyed classes during many different life stages- cross training for a marathon, pre and post natal, and as part of a healthy lifestyle. I especially enjoyed attending while I was pregnant because the instructors were so great about keeping me safely active to my best ability, which was something that did not compare anywhere else. My baby is now almost one year old and smiles whenever he hears Tricia or Kim. I love the donation based model because it is so easy to invite a friend to practice. No need to navigate downloading a new app or sign up in MINDBODY. Just show up for class!”
