The estimate was done right away and repairs began quickly. Took a week to get everything done, which to me is great timing. They even gave my car a wash too! Nice surprise! The process felt so easy and stress free. When I called the shop, someone picked up the phone right away and answered all of my questions- never had to leave a message or wait on hold.
