(September 5, 2018, 8:34 am)Postmaster Fred is knowledgeable about how to get you package or letter to the destination. He offers good ideas on packaging and cost. He has you, the customer, in mind. Yes, the Postal System is a bureaucratic mess, but Postmaster Fred tries to take the sting out of it. Rock on Postmaster Fred! Thanks for helping me out.
