After 22 years in our oil-heated home, our oil company came for the annual inspection and declared we needed to replace the 275 gal. oil tank in our basement. I got 6-7 local estimates, carefully weighing our options (tank replacement vs changing to a heat-pump system. Kristen, the sales rep was very professional, responsive, and never pushy during the whole process. I loved that they use top-of-the line equipment (Lenox) and had many options to choose from. Our 32yr+ breaker panel needed updating and they were open to letting me get estimates on that part of the job as well. The installers were thorough, hardworking, and cleaned up everything, finishing the majority of the work in one day (the final hookup for the heating unit had to be done after the electrical work was completed, and took a quick visit back to complete). So glad to be free from monthly oil deliveries and free up space in the basement where the tank had been, plus I love the new touchpad thermostat! The system works great (A/C) and I assume the heat will as well. It's quiet, efficient, and so far has not raised our monthly electric that much. The financing offer couldn't be beat (5yrs, 0% incl. 1st yr of annual maintenance contract), and I'm paying less monthly for this brand new system (plus a small rise in electric bill so far) than I was for oil every month. Highly recommend!
We had a water heater failure (water leaking from heater bottom) and since the shut-off valve wasn’t working, we needed to shutdown the whole house (no water) in order to stop the flooding.Needless to say, one call to Marshall Services in the morning at 7 am and the result was a service man at the door at 8 am. How’s that for service! 5/5
