Quest Diagnostics

Excellent service can be a long wait if no appointment and visit wrong time but worth the wait in my opinion. Quest should add more staff to reduce wait time

I have never had any problem with Quest in Flourtown. The best way to get optimum service is to schedule an appointment well in advance, otherwise you have no choice but to acquiesce to the first come first serve order of available time with the phlebotomist. What many people do not realize is, that in an effort to keep costs down, Quest Diagnostics only employs one or two phlebotomists to do all the work. There is no receptionist, no scheduler, no secretaries. If the wait times are so intolerable, leave! You should have scheduled an appointment. It serves no good to be both rude and hostile to the phlebotomists who try their best to keep up with overwhelming demands. A kinder, more tolerant attitude goes a long way in getting both better service and attention.
